Did you know you can use your subconscious mind to supercharge your goals? Here’s how.
The second key to making 2014 your best year ever is to make sure
you read your goals out loud with emotion at least twice a day.
So you understand why this is so important you need to know how it works, so let’s talk about the science behind this concept.
When it comes to achieving your goals, your subconscious mind can either help you or hinder you, depending on what you think about most of the time.
Remember, you mind accomplishes what it thinks about the most, so it’s entirely up to you to make sure you think about the right things, specifically your goals and what you want to accomplish.
To get your subconscious mind to spend more time focusing on your goals, you have to feed your mind the right content (your goals) at intervals throughout the day and then drive that right content deep into your subconscious mind so that it is always at the forefront of your mind.
Emotion is a key factor in how your subconscious mind digests content, so the more emotional the experience the more impactful the memory. Your mind does not know the difference between real and imagined content, so whatever you want your mind to help you accomplish, say it out loud and say it with emotion. The more emotion you use, the better results you will get.
The other part of getting the best results from your subconscious mind is that you need to use the magic of repetition of message. Repetition of message is how you were taught most things you learned as a kid and growing up.
A few examples of repetition of message are: learning to ride a bike, driving a stick shift car, learning the alphabet, tying your shoelaces and dozens of other things you learned growing up. The first time you tried to ride a bike, you had a hard time pedaling, steering and balancing yourself all at the same time but the more you did it, the better you got until you were riding down the street with no hands.
That is a perfect example of how repetition of message got you to the point where now you don’t even have to think about it, you do it automatically and you do it so naturally that you look like you were born riding a bike.
So let’s put this all together so you can start moving faster toward achieving your goals.
The process starts with setting at least two times a day, preferably first thing in the morning and last thing before you go to bed at night where you read your goals. If you can find a few more time during the day to repeat this process, the better your results.
Next step is to say your goals out loud and use emotion. If you are serious about achieving your goals, tell your mind through what you say to yourself.
The combination of saying your goals out loud with emotion and using repetition of message on a consistent basis is the key to getting maximum results from your subconscious mind.
This will make your subconscious mind a major asset to you and your goal achieving activities. It allows you to become the superstar you were meant to be and live the life of your dreams.
Doing this on a consistent basis will help you achieve your goals faster giving you the knowledge to be, do and have anything and everything you ever desired.
